BMW K-Series Right-Hand Side Stand - Height Adjustable

Older BMW K-series motorcycles that stand on the original left-hand side stand can suffer from oil seeping into the combustion chamber. After start-up, this can cause a lot of smoke and may eventually lead to extra oil consumption.

To prevent this, we developed our signature right-hand side stand for the BMW K-series.

This height-adjustable version is the next step in our proven side stand design. It is the perfect solution for custom BMW K-series builds where the front or rear suspension height has been changed. Whether your bike sits higher or lower than standard, the 6-step adjustable design allows you to set the side stand height to suit your setup.

The upper and lower piece of the side stand itself is made from 316L stainless steel and is 3D printed using Selective Laser Melting. This production method allows us to create a strong, accurate and durable part with a clean design.

The 2-layer semi-gloss black powder-coated side stand fits the original points and mounting bolts are included.

Please note:
The side stand is mounted onto the original mounting points, so the original center stand doesn’t fit after installing this part.

For safety reasons, this right-hand side stand is designed to be self-retracting. If preferred, the self-retracting function can easily be disabled by installing the main bolt the other way around.

If your BMW K-series still has a standard ride height, our regular non-adjustable right-hand side stand is also available as a more affordable option. For builds with modified suspension, changed fork length, a different rear shock or a custom stance, this height-adjustable version is the best choice.
